When the world is upside-down?

When I land on shaky ground?

When my soul needs some hope?

My troubles seem to multiply,

And I find I cannot cope.

 

Will you listen to my grief

And reach out with a hand?

Will you strengthen my heart

By saying, “I know you can?”

 

When you look into my eyes 

And gaze upon my face,

And give me some grace?

 

For I need someone to come

And show me that they care,
