Children’s faces often seem to have an inner light radiating from them. It highlights the planes of their faces. There is also a touch of wonder, of exuberance, that warms us to the depths of our soul. They often sing to themselves in order to express the happiness they feel. They are open and honest and can tell the truth with such razor-sharp accuracy. Children’s feet are never still. They skip, glide, whirl, and dance. They love with such intensity and share affection readily. Their hearts are filled with innocence and their smiles can melt the coldest heart.
